Foster Care Network
We recruit, train, and support foster families across Riverside and San Bernardino counties. Medical, food, and supplies are covered by the rescue so fosters only need to provide time and a safe home.

Five programs, one mission. Each is staffed, measured, and accountable.
Program 02
Shelter Pull Program
We work directly with municipal shelters to pull animals flagged for euthanasia, prioritizing medical cases, seniors, and pets whose owners surrendered during hardship.
Program 03
Medical Fund
Many pulled animals arrive with untreated conditions. Our medical fund covers heartworm treatment, orthopedic surgery, dental, and long-term care for seniors.
Program 04
Adoption Matching
Every adoption involves a home visit or a detailed conversation about lifestyle, other pets, and work hours. We have said no to applicants who looked perfect on paper when the fit was wrong.
Program 05
Community Education
Free workshops on responsible pet ownership, spay and neuter resources, and humane behavior training. Offered monthly in partnership with local libraries and schools.
